VGA Male to 3RCA Adapter Cable is just signal transfer Adapter cable which designed for transmitting the VGA signal (Output) to S-Video or Composite Video signal (Input),will not convert S-Video or Composite Video (RCA) signal back to VGA signal.If the devices cant support TV/RCA/S-Video)output through VGA Port ,it need to be used with converter box. As its only Adapter cable ,not Converter.
