Key Responsibility:
√ Arranging booking in advance when the goods are ready
√ Setting the date of loading container after getting the SO.and Making sure all the goods will be loading on time.If there is any special requirements from customers for loading ,we must follow it as customer’s required.
√ Sending SI to forwarder on time and arrange the relevant bill
√ Checking the Copy B/L and making sure everything is right
√ Sending the complete shipping documents to customer for customs clearance
Requirement:
√ Bachelor degree or above
√ Being familiar with the process of shipment
√ Having strong sense of responsibility and self-learning
√ Being good at speaking and writing in English
√ Being Passion,aggressive,excellent communications and learning abilities
√ Being good at using basic office software ,such as excel,word,PDF and so on.
